📍 Parcheggio Liparlati, Via Guglielmo Marconi 136 is the small parking garage and long local bus stop on the main Amalfi Drive, with an elevator up to the path leading to our property. Because we are on a pedestrian path, this is the best address for navigation and drop-offs:

BOOKABLE TRANSPORT

🚖 TAXI TRANSFER Use the Welcome Pickups app for transfaers between Rome, Napoli, Salerno and the property. For dropoff address use the Parcheggio Liparlati address.

🚙 CAR RENTAL Major rental companies are available in Rome, Napoli, Salerno and Sorrento. Smaller cars are best for Positano’s small roads.

🅿️ PARKING The closest paid parking is Parcheggio Liparlati. From there, take the elevator up to the path near property. WhatsApp Maria to reserve in advance.

⛴️ FERRY For Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento, Napoli. Schedules and tickets are available on Ferryhopper web or app.

🚍 INTERCITY ‘SITA’ BUS (large blue grey bus) For Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi. Tickets and schedules are available on the UNICO app or buy at any grocery store. Busy in summer, so for day trips we recommend the ferry schedule here

Local mini-market for fresh food and supplies It’s on the Amalfi drive called the Palatone MiniMarket. They have a sister, produce-only store, up the street. They also deliver.

Fruit and vegetable produce and supplier to top restaurants is Euro Fruttta 2000

Butcher is at Piazza Mulini by the town center bus stop.

Fishmonger is next to the tourist office, near the beach.

DAY TRIPS

CAPRI: Famous island with stunning villas, shopping and dramatic views. Try to go early in the week or overnight to beat the day trippers. Grab a boat to lunch at the rustic but glamorous La Fontinela then hike the steps through forest to the gorgeous villas of Capri. Ferries from Positano port.

NAPLES: One of Italy’s largest and least expensive cities with old town charm with metropolitan buzz. Amazing food home of pizza and wonderful boutiques.
