🚿 Hot water Ensure the bathroom switch is on the “ I “ not “O” position and wait an half hour for boiler to heat enough for a hot shower.

🧼 Kitchen should be disinfected after each use and trash lids closed to avoid bugs.

🗑️ Trash bins are under the kitchen sink. You can bag and hang mixed waste at the steps above the house by the ‘Casa Rispoli’ sign in the late evening. Trash is collected from here in the early morning.

❄️ Air conditioning only to be used if you are in the property. Set temperature (usually 21c), then select the mode button for cool, heat or fan and please turn off whenever you leave the property.

🫧 Washing machine (wash only, no dryer) We suggest 15/30/45 for a quick wash. Detergent goes in the left slot of the drawer. Drying pegs on the clothes line in the south terrace.

🌬️ Windy weather Please close all sun umbrellas, secure shutters and move all throw cushions indoors before you leave for the day as weather can be changeable.

🌱 Plants They would love some water if its really hot, ideally in the morning or evening.

🚰 Faucet water is drinkable.

🔈 Bluetooth speakers are Alexa smart speakers in the blue kitchen and on the large terrace. To pair your device say ‘Alexa pair device’ and select speaker on your bluetooth. Other instructions eg ‘Alexa…’ ‘Play chill music’, ‘todays news’, ‘What’s the weather’, ‘set volume to 30 percent’.

⚡️ Power outages sometimes occur but if this happens check the fuse box - there is one in each kitchen behind the house guide. Switches should be in up (on) position. If it is ON then the issue may be a short term, town-wide power outage. In which case wait up to an hours until power is restored.

🛒 Grocery deliveries can be ordered from the local store on the main Amalfi coastal road. This store has kitchen supplies, wine and food and delivers to the property. Call to get deliveries the next morning delivered to Villa Rispoli, 8 Via Stefan Andres, Positano, SA 84017. .+39 089 875037

INDOOR

⚡️ Lights & electrical sockets are EU standard. Some of these are slow dimmable - tap and hold function. Switches with ‘I O’ are for appliances like boiler, washing machine, fridge and should always be in the ‘I’ position. Sockets should be optimized for all varieties of EU appliances and have USB and USB-C for cell phones.

👚 Storage closets are in the hallway with extra hanger space and spareblankets, towels and pillows.

♨️ Gas is stored in canisters. If at any point it runs out during your stay please contact us. 

OUTDOOR

⛱️ Outdoor furniture such as deck chairs, loungers and umbrellas should be moved indoors after use incase of storms. It can get very wet and windy.

🐕‍🦺 Friendly neighbor dog is called Primo and Alla belong to our aunt downstairs. They may pop up to see who you are. They’re beloved by guests and incredibly friendly, feel free to pet over the gate.
